Directions for Use 

Place the pad inside your nursing bra with the cotton side facing your skin. Change as needed to stay fresh and comfortable. After use, rinse if desired, then machine wash with your regular laundry.

Care Instructions

Wash before first use Machine washable (cold or warm cycle) Air dry to extend life (can be tumble-dried on low) and avoid fabric softeners as they reduce absorbency.
